Vetstoria is an Online Appointment Booking Platform that revolutionises the way veterinary practices communicate with their clients enables clients to book appointments on a real-time basis. Having built their client base to 1,000 veterinary practices, the team at Vetstoria wanted to streamline and drive the sales process at a higher velocity. The decision was made to build a sales team into the business to facilitate this growth ambition.
After initially analysing the competition and developing comprehensive set of customer insights, Vetstoria’s key brand messages were developed with a series of sales collateral.
A CRM strategy was developed, the existing target client data was cleansed and segmented, an integrated data dashboard was built to track sales performance and the CRM programme was launched.
