Having exponentially grown the Pro Bike Tool brand on Amazon, the business needed to focus on driving (more profitable) direct to consumer sales and to build their brand’s visibility online.

A usability study was done to optimise the layout and conversion rate of the site. The website was rebuilt, SEO optimised and deployed onto a new streamlined server. A series of on-site marketing automations were introduced to cross-sell, up-sell and improve the technical performance of the site.
